10 Essentials to Pack for a Trip to Europe

Tugging my luggage up the third flight of stairs, I looked down at my bag. Never again. Practicing realistic minimalism (a term I think I just made up) for over a year now, here are the 10 essentials that I always pack. The rest? Seasonal, and most importantly rollable.

I get questions about packing often – especially when it comes to shoes. For me, Sperry’s are always the most comfortable for days with lots of walking (aka almost every day).

After traveling for years now and have come to realize three things: think function over form, remember that cotton beats out polyester any day of the week, and finally – less is more!
