An Evening in Taormina, Sicily
Thirty minutes into our feast bottles of wine and olive oil littered the table along with baskets of warm crusty bread and a spectacular assortment of seafood. One plate arriving after another- salmon, oysters, scallops, octopus, mussels, shrimp, clams (oh the clams!), and sea bass. Each dish brimming with tastiness, each unique flavor working harmoniously with the others.
We ate, sipped and ate some more, slowly working our way into a divine salty seafood coma.
